Caramelised Apples with Ice Cream
  • 2 Apples, cut in halves
  • 20g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

To serve

  • London Dairy Pralines & Cream Ice Cream
  • 2 tsp Nuts, Crushed
  • Caramel syrup
  • Cut your apples in half. Place the four halves into the air fryer basket.
  • Cut the butter into four small cubes. Place a cube on each apple half.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Then sprinkle the mixture on top of the apples.
  • Air fry the apples at 195 degrees C for around eight minutes.
  • Take the apples out and place them on a plate. Garnish each apple with some crushed nuts, add a scoop of London Dairy Pralines Ice Cream & drizzle some caramel syrup on top. Enjoy!
