Caramelised Apples with Ice Cream
- 2 Apples, cut in halves
- 20g Butter
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
To serve
- London Dairy Pralines & Cream Ice Cream
- 2 tsp Nuts, Crushed
- Caramel syrup
- Cut your apples in half. Place the four halves into the air fryer basket.
- Cut the butter into four small cubes. Place a cube on each apple half.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Then sprinkle the mixture on top of the apples.
- Air fry the apples at 195 degrees C for around eight minutes.
- Take the apples out and place them on a plate. Garnish each apple with some crushed nuts, add a scoop of London Dairy Pralines Ice Cream & drizzle some caramel syrup on top. Enjoy!
