Banana Bread with Double chocolate ice cream
- 4 cups London Dairy Double Chocolate Ice Cream
- 3 Bananas
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- Salt
For Frying
- 50g butter
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, egg, baking soda, sugar, and vanilla.
- Mash the bananas in a separate bowl using a fork, then add them to the mixing bowl along with melted butter and salt.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through.
- Once the banana bread has cooled, remove it from the pan.
- Grease the preheated skillet with butter.
- Place the banana bread slices onto the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
- Remove the banana bread slices from the skillet and transfer them to serving plates.
- Top each slice of banana bread with London Dairy Double Chocolate Ice Cream.
- Serve immediately.
