Banana Bread with Double chocolate ice cream
  • 4 cups London Dairy Double Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • Salt

For Frying

  • 50g butter
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, egg, baking soda, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Mash the bananas in a separate bowl using a fork, then add them to the mixing bowl along with melted butter and salt.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through.
  • Once the banana bread has cooled, remove it from the pan.
  • Grease the preheated skillet with butter.
  • Place the banana bread slices onto the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
  • Remove the banana bread slices from the skillet and transfer them to serving plates.
  • Top each slice of banana bread with London Dairy Double Chocolate Ice Cream.
  • Serve immediately.
